Spur Stor Shows Us The Awesomness Of Retro Robots

Robot Gus

Spur Stor is the brainchild of Joyce Hesselberth and Dave Plunkert.  For the past fifteen years this talented duo has worked with editorial magazines, design studios, and ad agencies all over the world, making works of art that communicate important messages. The one message that always comes through in their work is that they are passionate and LOVE what they do.

Hang’em out to dry

As if all of that wasn’t enough they also have a line of modern art for kids (and grownups too) which includes creepy crawlies, sunny flowers and the focus of this article, retro robots. Their Theatre Project Collection includes both screen print posters and offset lithographic posters and they also have some incredible woodcut prints, printed on 100% rag paper in bold black ink.

Robots may not be taking over the world but they WILL be taking over your wall space.
