Silver Screen Society Picks Jim Jarmusch’s ‘Dead Man’ As Their November Film, Midnight Marauder and Others Provide Great Images

Dead Man by Midnight Marauder

I was looking at Midnight Marauder’s website yesterday, as I often do, and came across a new piece that intrigued me.  I have not SEEN the movie Dead Man yet but after viewing the image and hearing what MM had to say I am inclined to seek it out on Netflix.  If YOU have seen it, leave a comment down below.  Until then, this is what MM had to say.  I have also included some images by other artists for your viewing pleasure.  (I have included links to each of the artist at the bottom of each image. I know, I know, I’m the best thing that ever happened to you.  I get that a lot.)

Midnight Marauder:  Jim Jarmusch’s 1995 trippy and unreal Black and White Western is a mystery to some film fanatics. Its beautiful slow pace and dream like state is pure Jarmusch magic. The Silver Screen Society have picked it as their November Film and since we are at the 1st of the Month they have decided to treat all of us to some amazing Artists and Designers to work on it. Head over today and check back all month long for some pretty remarkable designs from this beauty of a film.

As you can see, I’ve had the honor of participating in this month’s film. And here is my poster. I had a blast working on this project, It gave me the chance to revisit the film and it’s soundtrack by Neil Young. And to be listed next to some truly great artists and designers !!
