Since 2008 Phone Booth Gallery has been offering exceptional exhibits from a unique stable of impressive artists. Their next must-see show, entitled, “Sights Unseen” offers us a new selection of never before seen work by fan-favorite, Los Angeles based artist Kevin Tong.
This is Kevin’s first exhibition for 2013 and it spans more than 5 years of work. This ambitious exhibition pulls out all the stops to present hundreds of pieces of varying size, shape, and color.
The show opens March 9th at 2533 East Broadway | Long Beach, CA 90803. (Enter it in Mapquest, I am already in line! Get behind me, no cuts!)
BLURPPY absolutely LOVES Kevin’s work and each time we have had the pleasure to meet him he couldn’t have been nicer. Kevin has done extensive work with bands, and his pop culture movie posters are scooped up as fast as they are released. If you are in the area on March 9th, do yourself a favor and stop by to check out what this incredible artist has to offer.
Follow Kevin on TWITTER or check out his amazing portfolio on his official WEBSITE. Oh, and if you want to see some of his delicious looking culinary creations, follow him on INSTAGRAM.
Be sure to follow Phone Booth Gallery on TWITTER for updates about this show and future projects. Watch this great process video that shows how one of our favorite pieces, R2-D2 was made.
