Gallery 1988′s Latest Exhibit: “Product Placement” Opens TONIGHT!

It’s gonna be a busy art weekend here in So Cal.  On Friday night we get to see a show we previously wrote about, Kevin Tong’s second solo show at Phone Booth Gallery titled, “Sights Unseen“  and TONIGHT! Gallery 1988 gives us “Product Placement” at their new location in Los Angeles.

product-placementProduct Placement is a show featuring limited edition pieces that advertise and celebrate objects from movies and TV shows that don’t actually exist in real life.  This will be Gallery 1988′s first show from their new location at 7021 Melrose (on the corner of Melrose La Brea)  The show starts this Saturday, 3/9/13 from 7-10pm and runs through March 30th.

Here are a couple of pieces and a sneak peak from a show that is sure to surprise and impress everyone.
