Marvel VS Capcom By Artist Rodolfo Reyes

-0marvel-vs-capcomBLURPPY has been a fan of talented Mexican artist Rodolfo Reyes for some time now.  We previously wrote about his art deco BATMAN prints awhile back and we felt it was time to get reacquainted with him. This poster was one of many that caught our eye. The mere fact that it appeals to fans of Star Wars, Marvel and Capcom made this one a no-brainer.

This is what Rodolforever had to say about the print.  “I made the print for a fan art contest, I choose DEADPOOL because he is one of my favorite Marvel characters partly because of his wicked sense of humor, he usually spoofs some pop culture icon so I went for it with the STAR WARS poster. (Also CHUN LI`s hair helped a lot to choose her as princess Leia replacement hehehe…)”

I love how Doctor Doom has been cast in the roll of Darth Vader and Deadpool and Chun Li are perfect in their respective rolls too.  Head over to Rodolforever’s DEVIANT ART page or check out his WEBSITE.  You can also follow him on TWITTER.
