About

I’m a ME transplant living in CA. I enjoy finding interesting, unique and often quirky things on the web and sharing them with the masses. Since I have a deep love (some would call it an “addiction“) for coffee ice cream, I don’t sleep much so I can usually be found shackled to my computer late into the evening seeking all things that I want but usually can’t afford!  Besides coffee ice cream I also love the following in no particular order:  Star Wars,  pop culture posters, zombies, Joe Hill, Kauai, Fort Williams, The New England Patriots, The Smiths,  Batman, Old Orchard Beach pier fries, s’mores, old radios, Boba Fett, DC Comics, gadgets, pro surfer Alana Blanchard,  DiPietro’s Italian sandwiches, The Boston Red Sox, Maine, Apple products, The Lost Boys, Stephen King, Pixar, sourdough toast with butter, Super Mario, motorcycles, Nike Dunks, Marvel Comics, vampires, The Cure, The Nightmare Before Christmas, old wooden crates, Christopher Nolan movies, my iPad, making my son laugh, The Comsat Angels, Cape Elizabeth, the unknown, urban decay, The Fleet Foxes, Blade Runner, Sharpies, Wii U, my Marm’s American Chop Suey, Boy’s Life by Robert McCammon, The Shining, Steven Spielberg films, The Poster Posse, my wife, family and friends and the list goes on and on and on.

I welcome all feedback and hope that you share this site with anyone you feel may be interested.  I”m always looking for content so if you have a product, movie, gadget, etc, send it my way and I will make it part of the Blurppy blogisphere.

Hello! I’m Sarah from Open Road Media- the eBook publishing company that recently published much of McCammon’s work, and was wondering if you’d be interested on posting something about him again on your blog. I noticed you’re a big fan of “The Hunter from the Woods” and would love to hear more about what you think!

    Hello,

I’m a folklorist and illustrator who has created a new informational sketchbook and I was wondering if you’d be interested in doing a review. You can see my work at http://zeluna.net/fairies, let me know and I’ll send a copy of the book out for you to review.

    Thanks,

    Ty
