Watch Kevin Tong’s Process For Creating His Comic Con Exclusive H.G. Wells Time Machine Poster

War Of The Worlds:  This is a three color screen printed poster on 18 x 24 inch, 100 lb. white cover paper/signed and numbered in a limited edition of 200. The price is $40.

There is no denying that Kevin Tong is truly a gifted artist.  He is one of BLURPPY’s favorites and we are excited that this year he will be at booth #504  down at SDCC and has a TON of amazing stuff lined up.  Some new, some old all of it incredible.  Kevin created two exclusive, limited edition prints for this years show; The Time Machine and War of the Worlds.  A self proclaimed H.G. Well connoisseur, these prints feature intricate detail and represent the books/ movies exceedingly well.

The Time Machine:  This is a two color screen printed poster on 18 x 24 inch, 100 lb. Lemon Yellow French cover paper and signed/numbered in a limited edition of 200. The price is $30

Kevin has provided a marvelous time-lapse video documenting the process to create The Time Machine.  It is perfectly paired with the music of Modest Mouse and gives you a behind the scenes view of how he creates these pieces and all the hard work that goes into them.

As if that wasn’t enough he worked with his friends at Miles To Go Clothing, where they are available in various styles/sizes as t-shirts!  These prints can be purchased separately but Kevin is offering sets with matching numbers for a steal at $60. Any remaining prints and sets will be available for sale on his website soon after Comic Con International is over.

Be sure to stop by Kevin’s booth, #504 and see these and all the other gems in his collection.  Just bring your wallet because this stuff is hard to pass up!  Blurppy will be there tonight soaking it all in.
