Paul Shipper Shares His First Cover For A New Star Trek Collaboration With IDW

We shared all of Paul’s covers for IDW’s Star Trek Kahn mini-series and now we get to share even MORE of his work.  Earlier this month we shared info with you about an all new Star Trek offering coming from IDW.  The comic power house will be taking Harlan Ellison’s award winning Star Trek script “City on the Edge Of Forever”, and making it into a comic book miniseries.

For the first time ever, a visual presentation of the much-discussed, unrevised, unadulterated version of Harlan Ellison’s award-winning Star Trek teleplay script, “The City on the Edge of Forever!” This Hugo- and Writer’s Guild of America Award-winning teleplay has been much discussed for decades but only here can you see the story as Mr. Ellison originally intended!

shipper-star-trek-cityThis story line for me, like many Star Trek fans, was one of my all-time favorites and I can’t wait to read the entire series and see what Paul comes up with for all 5 covers.  Stay tuned as we will share them all with you.

IDW’s “Star Trek: City On The Edge of Forever” hits stores on 6/25/14.  Follow IDW on TWITTER for updates on this and everything else they have and be sure to follow Paul on TWITTER as well for news on what projects he will be tackling.
