Juan has singled out Kubrick’s films, “The Shining” and “2001: A Space Odyssey” and given them 4 fantastic prints.  We asked him about this new offering and here is what he had to say.

“‘The Shining’ and ‘2001 a Space Odyssey’ are the two Kubrick films that have stuck in my mind for the longest time. I appreciate them so much. It’s like listening to your favorite record you keep listening to it and listening to it , and you can go back and find different little things that you did not pick up the first couple times. It makes it that much more special.”

“With the Space Odyssey pieces I wanted to incorporate that wide angle shot style that made Kubricks work so classic . With the Shining piece I just always found it so eerie at the end of The Shinning we see Jack in that picture. I always thought what if things turned out the other way, while paying homage to the great J.C Leyendecker.”
