Lovett’s Video For “Eye of the Storm” Is Mesmerizing

We are REALLY late to the game on this one.  Lovett released this music video for their song, “Eye Of the Storm” back in 2011 but given that it was directed by Christopher Alender we wanted to bring it to your attention.

You may not know the name Christopher Alender but that is about to change.  Alender has just been named the director of a secret J.J.Abrams sci-fi film that was just purchased by Sony Pictures.  This is a HUGE show of confidence in Alender’s abilities as it will be his directorial debut and it comes on a very high profile project.

This music video has a steampunk vibe and the music and the video blend seamlessly. Give this one a watch and we think you will agree with our sentiments, both the music and the video are mesmerizing.

Here is a short “making-of” video that shows you the inner workings of this one.  We think you will be amazed at how this one came together.  Let us know what you think down in the comment section below.

“Eye Of The Storm” is off the album “Highway Collection” and it can be purchased HERE.
