“Star Wars Topps Classic Sticker Book”… This IS The Sticker Book You Are Looking For…

When I was younger so much younger than today I was enthralled with everything Star Wars.  One of my favorite things were the Topps sticker packs.  I had them all over my headboard and I would just stare at them and think about the movies.  (No internet, no Netflix, no chance of seeing the films other than the theater, life was cruel thenThen again, there WAS VHS.  Don’t ask, your too young to understand….)

The youth of today are use to emojis and snapchat but to have REAL stickers that you can put on…..well….anything, that is true fun.  The same year that Star Wars became a worldwide phenomenon with the release of A NEW HOPE in 1977, Lucasfilm teames up with the Topps Company, Inc., to create the very first tie-in collectibles – a series of trading cards and stickers that have since become iconic.

They were so popular that Topps released trading card sets for THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK in 1980 and RETURN OF THE JEDI in 1983.  “Star Wars Topps Classic Sticker Book” is the first sticker book to collect a selection of these legendary stickers, many of which are reproduced in their original size.

The book includes 18 bonus stickers from the Journey to Star Wars: The Force Awakens promotion, featuring a mix of classic characters from the original films and new characters from Episode VII.  In the back of the book are five pullout backgrounds so you can create your own unique sticker posters on one side, or display a recreation of a classic Topps Star Wars puzzle poster on the other.

We were stoked to see that they also include the letter stickers too!  Even though my wife would KILL me, I’d love to put a bunch of these on our new headboard!  With over 250 stickers, this book is a must have for fans of a galaxy far-far-away.
